Pricing Details

All rentals are from 3:00PM/15:00 on Saturday through 10:00AM/10:00 
Weekly Rental:
October 15-April 30: US$700.00 per week (US$100.00 per night)
May 1-October 14: US$595.00 per week (US$85.00 per night)
Villa is not available for rental the entire months of July and December.
Down Payment: 50% of total rent due within 7 days of signing of rental agreement
Final Amount: 50% of remaining rent due 30 days before the start of the rental period.
Security Deposit: $500.00. Returned after inspection of condominium, less any damages incurred.
Payment Information: In USA we accept Checks Only, if outside US please use Wire Transfer.
